Ben Leamon
Director & Co-Founder
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering & Economics with 1st Class Honours
With more than six years of experience working in mechanical engineering and economics, Ben co-founded DCISIV in 2019.
Having previously worked as a mechanical engineer at large engineering companies, Ben utilises his experience working in mechanical, pneumatic and electrical machine design, robotics, machine assembly and project commissioning in DCISIV’s industrial robotics and machine automation solutions.
In his role, Ben wears many hats and partners with clients from conceptualisation to implementation of custom machine automation solutions.
Passionate about finding turn-key solutions for clients and the hands-on aspect of his role, Ben is looking forward to the growth and development of robotics and the future of DCISIV.
Ross Leamon
Technical Consultant & Co-Founder
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic. RPEQ)
With more than 40 years of experience working in electrical trades and engineering in complex machines systems, factory automation, motion control and robotics, Ross co-founded DCISIV in 2019.
Having previously owned and operated a reputable controls systems integration business in Toowoomba for more than 19 years, Ross has a comprehensive understanding of PLC and SCADA solutions, motor control, and machine and process automation, utilising these experiences in his role at DCISIV.
Combining his passion for designing and integrating automation and robotics solutions, and his experience working with food processing plants, food and beverage manufacturers, water and wastewater management, logistics, and small and large-scale manufacturing industries, Ross provides a holistic end-to-end perspective for DCISIV’s clients.
